As a Dynamics developer, the work you will do in our Digital Customer practice will help our clients deliver great customer experiences on the Microsoft Power Platform, backed by our leading UX and Service Design capabilities.
Your role in building great customer experiences
Our Dynamics developers support our implementation teams, delivering on the Microsoft Power Platform.
Responsibilities:
- Fill the “Pro Func” role supporting our Microsoft Power Platform projects; analyse, design and deliver solutions that leverage the most innovative Microsoft technologies
- Understand common project delivery frameworks such as Scaled Agile and Waterfall for timely delivery of complex digital transformation programs
- Oversee business processes and guide the design of documents and modifications
- Functionally design, configure end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE solutions
- Own the business and functional solution design across all phases of projects
- Perform functional reviews of work done by other team members
- Ensure solutions are fit for purpose and future proof
- Write detailed designs and document all work with tools and standards required by the project
- Facilitate and conduct design and business analysis workshops including showcasing functionality to stakeholders
- Consulting clients and Deloitte teams alike on all aspects of the project
- Build your knowledge of database design, data modelling techniques, API designs and design patterns
Your experience

- Microsoft Dynamics CE (D365, 2013, 2011 or 4.0 systems/core, external components, and architecture), as well as other Microsoft solution offerings.
- Ability to work with business users to identify needs and apply or propose appropriate technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Understand functional design and provide a technical architecture that will meet functional design
- Advise on complex MS Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on MS CRM, 3rd parties and customizations
- Architecting the CRM system, related customizations, and reports to model the business organizational process
- Advising business users on best practices for CRM, development, or integration processes
- Balance business users requests and requirements with functional constraints
- Understand the capabilities of the development team and schedule their work appropriately, providing support and assistance when needed
- Should have sound knowledge in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, integration mapping, reporting, dashboards, security model, UI development, Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Dynamics 365
- Review configuration and ensure it conforms to standards.
- Excellent English writing and verbal skills
Desirable experience
- Ensure project is complete according to written specifications.
- Ensure that design and configuration is scalable for high performance scenarios
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification is Plus.
- Good understanding of Data migration, Deployment
- Knowledge on Test automation, Test script writing, unit testing
