What will your typical day look like?
As a Manger within our Human Capital practice, you will be at the forefront of major accounts and clients, managing all aspects of projects delivery, people management and quality assurance.
You will be a pivotal part of a newly formed team. Your people management skills, client delivery acumen, and client centricity will ensure your success.
You will be involved in programs that cover the depth and breath of rewards advisory and implementations, including

Total Reward Strategy (Globally / Locally) - Defining the future Reward and Recognition strategies to help companies attract, retain and reward the workforce of the future.

Optimising Reward Spend – Using technology and data, to provide an inside out perspective on the preference of Reward and Benefits provided to the workforce to optimise spend

Reward configurations in HR Technology / Reward Technology solutions – Identifying processes and solutions to enhance the workforce Reward experience and create efficiencies through the annual Reward cycle

M&A Reward – Supporting organisations understand the Reward frameworks and total spend of organisations and identifying was creating synergies

Job Architecture Reward - Using Data identifying Reward packages linked to Roles and Responsibilities across organisations

We are looking for an experienced professional who has worked across multiple business domains and have proven consulting experience in delivering transformation Reward projects.
If you work in a Professional Services environment (Big 4/Boutique) or an internal Reward team and have a track record of leading and managing teams and transformation initiatives in one or more of the below areas, this role is for you.
