What will your typical day look like?

Expect the unexpected. You’ll get to learn (and play with!) some of the most innovative tech in the market, and be nurtured to:

• Work in diverse teams that lead technology enabled business transformation projects, helping transform organisations through predictive analytics, machine learning and big data.
• Get your hands on world-class software solutions, and help configure and apply them to industry-leading businesses, both locally and globally.
• Collaborate closely with both our clients and our team members to design ERP solutions with the strength and stability to support entire organisations, but the flexibility to meet their unique requirements and needs.
• Understand how tech can empower businesses to make data-driven decisions, to remain flexible in the evolving global marketplace, and to adapt to and over challenges that they haven’t yet imagined.

Who will you be working with?

You will be working on at-scale digital transformation programs underpinned by market-leading cloud business applications such as Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, and more. These programs of work represent a significant and immense change that is typically a once-in-a-decade event for many of our clients. You will work with varying levels of client stakeholder groups to deeply understand their requirements, innovate and design solutions, re-engineer business processes, configure and extend cloud solutions, showcase the “art-of-the-possible” to users, and deploy the production-ready solution using modern Agile methods and tools. This is all key in enabling success in operational engine rooms. This includes:

• Providing advice through a range of transformational outcomes achievable through a range of ERP software-as-a-service options

• Guide clients through complete cloud-based ERP lifecycles

• A deep passion and interest in data and emerging technologies such as cloud, cognitive and in-memory computing, data science and advanced analytics
• Impeccable interpersonal skills
• A resilient and hardworking attitude – whenever you work on a project, you give it your all!
• Entrepreneur is laced in your DNA – you’re tenacious, flexible, a big thinker yet someone who’s pragmatic
• A foundational understanding of finance is a plus
• Has a true passion for all things tech – majored in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, as well as Business/Commerce/Finance, or STEM with a tech edge)
