About the role
As a Customer Strategist within the CSD team, we tackle the customer related strategy problems that keep C-suite executives awake at night. You will solve all kinds of strategy problems specifically related to enhancing customer outcomes and customer growth. Our team’s ambition is help clients grow revenue, advocacy, trust to scale customer and citizen outcomes across all industries.
Our Customer Strategists apply hypothesis driven thinking blended with a human-centric approach to ensure our solutions are always customer-first. We do this by understanding business models to identify critical customer issues, researching best practices and ideating improvement opportunities, testing these opportunities, creating plans to make them happen, and working closely with our colleagues and friends in Design and UX to create a real impact on customer experience.
You will help clients grow through a large range of projects tackling customer ambition, customer value propositions, customer experiences, and operating models to help transform customer outcomes. You’ll work in multidisciplinary teams across a variety of subject matters and business units, and contribute to business development, practice development, culture and growth.

Our Content team builds experiences that create a consistent feeling, influence, or action... because content with no purpose, is clutter. Content is more than marketing, it is transactions, interactions, entertainment, and information, and it’s an integral piece of strong customer and employee experience design. Our approach is a blend of strategy, operations, and design, leading to the delivery of valued client solutions.
Experience Design
Our Experience Designers help clients define and design how an experience unfolds over time by leveraging human-centred design and strategic thinking. By considering the end-to-end journey from the perspective of the customer and business, we're able to improve the interaction between service provider and its customers - to ultimately increase the value of the service or product.
User Experience
Our User Experience designers help businesses grow by creating digital product experiences that people truly love. Our user experience team helps take ideas to execution using a nimble and agile approach to help quickly understand the impact of a new product or optimise existing services. We lead with empathy to ensure customers are at the heart of everything we do without losing sight of business objectives – we take an iterative approach to designing our experiences and test with real users during the process to produce products that are both feasible and lovable.
