Are you an expert in Tableau/PowerBI and love working with the talent acquisition team?
What will your typical day look like?
We’re looking for a senior consultant to join our People Analytics team, to support our strategy and transform the way we deliver insights & analytics. Working primarily with the Talent Acquisition team, you will work collaboratively with business stakeholders and the broader People Analytics team to deliver actionable insights that enable the Talent Acquisition and wider Talent strategy. You will consult with the Head of Talent Acquisition and other business leaders on areas of focus and guide leaders in making better people decisions using accurate and robust data analysis. Specifically, you will support Talent Acquisition data quality and governance, use automation to make existing reporting processes more efficient and continually improve our current suite of Talent Acquisition dashboards.

About the team
Being part of the People Analytics team also means you’ll collaborate on projects with specialist teams as part of a growing Deloitte People Analytics Community of Practice and be a driving force in implementing sophisticated technology & infrastructure to support our People Analytics strategy
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone with:
- 2-5 years’ experience in the field of data analytics
- Experience with Tableau and Tableau prep (or other data wrangling tools)
- Confidence communicating with several stakeholders of varying levels and data literacy
- Strong ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate solutions
- The ability to problem-solve, with a willingness to improve the status-quo
- Experience working within a consulting / professional services or corporate environment.
- Interest in working within Talent & Talent Acquisition function
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills
- Highly motivated, confident and solutions focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicting priorities and able to adapt language and style to work with several different stakeholders
