- Develop your risk sensing skills whilst supporting our dynamic and market leading Consulting business.
- Learn from the best in the business
- Flexible work arrangements – work in a way that suits you best
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Risk Management professional to join our Quality & Risk team. With experience in commercial risk, legal or delivery risk, this diverse role will give a boost to your Quality & Risk career by offering an opportunity to develop your risk sensing skills whilst supporting our dynamic and market leading Consulting business.
What will your typical day look like?
No two days will be the same as you engage with our business and build a reputation as a trusted advisor. As an integral part of our team, you will proactively manage a group of stakeholders to ensure that the risks associated with doing business, and the framework we have as an organisation to manage those risks, is followed by our practitioners. Your experience will be tested as you support our business with guidance, identify risks, build engagement rigour, and help to apply mitigation strategies to support the lifecycle of an engagement. By developing your relationships within the firm, you will be in a position to help our business at all stages from the identification of an opportunity to ongoing project risk support.
As a Senior Risk Manager, you will be the guiding voice for a wide range of risk queries including questions on confidentiality, working with third parties, client and engagement acceptance, marketplace communication related risks, as well identifying and advising on issues of ethics and independence, escalating to SMEs within our Quality & Risk community as appropriate.
On top of this, there will be opportunities to assist in the development and deployment of our enterprise risk strategies through the delivery of training and risk competency collateral that elevates and embeds a risk intelligent mindset within Consulting. You will have plenty of challenging opportunities for you to grow and develop your understanding of appropriate risk mitigations and how a market leading business manages the challenges that face our Consulting Partners and our clients.
The role provides a career enhancing opportunity to support and work with senior risk professionals and SMEs across Deloitte while you develop your own brand within the firm and take advantage of more senior career progression pathways within a global Professional Services firm.

By supporting our highly regarded Consulting team nationally, we work closely alongside the Partners to assist them in developing opportunities, winning work, and delivering value to our clients.
