What will your typical day look like?
The Deloitte Leadership & Learning team knows that skills are the currency of our future. We are seeking to scale our capabilities and create new opportunities for our talented workforce to enable them to realise their potential today, tomorrow and beyond. You will support the Learning Transformation team in the execution of our vision to become the most digitally-enabled professional services firm. This is a broad role grounded in operational project management, with opportunities for growth across many disciplines: business requirements gathering; stakeholder engagement; data analysis; learning design and development; communications and events; and driving differentiated, future-focused and innovative learning experiences for our people.

Working within the national Leadership and Learning team, this role provides an opportunity to work across a breadth of learning initiatives and key stakeholders. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their core L&D skills and manage in a high-volume training environment.

You are someone with:

Technical Skills

  • Strong data gathering and processing skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • More advanced data visualisation capability (for example in Power BI or Tableau) is desirable.
  • The ability to prioritise and manage high volumes of organisational tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including presenting through meetings, call or documentation
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, often manage conflicting priorities while also achieving a lot
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in learning or learning technologies
