Are you passionate about uplifting the employee experience through engaging communications and content? We’re seeking an exceptional storyteller to join our Partner and Employee Communications team. Our Partner and Employee Communications team drives collaboration, adoption and alignment in communications and messaging across all businesses and teams at Deloitte. They foster a culture of two-way communication and champion the communications strategy across the firm.
What will your typical day look like?
Your role will be key to the Deloitte experience, ensuring our stories and content are not only aligned to our purpose and culture but that they inspire, engage and connect our people.
Reporting to the Partner and Employee Communications Lead, you will work closely with colleagues in the Communications, Media and Corporate Affairs team to optimise content and channel effectiveness, making sure the right messages reach the right people at the right time, You will support the planning, creation and delivery of communication across the firm and foster new thinking around how, why and when we communicate.
With best-in-class communication skills you will apply your creative flare and instinct to all you do from writing to design. Your time will be spent creating content for our weekly firmwide newsletter, writing and editing articles for the intranet, creating content for digital channels including email, Yammer, screens, and building trusted relationships with all your stakeholders.
About the Team
The Communications, Media and Corporate Affairs (CMC) team uses storytelling and creative communications to elevate the Deloitte brand, with holistic and consistent communications across all internal and external channels.

You are someone with:
- 3-4 years’ communications experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience
- Outstanding content creation, writing and communication skills
- Some visual and graphic design capability is highly favourable
- Collaborative work style and adaptable growth mindset
- A strategic communicator who works deftly across all channels and platforms
- Creative and strong knowledge of digital marketing/content marketing
- Excellent interpersonal skills and project management experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
