What will your typical day look like?
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an intellectual property and technology lawyer to join our intellectual property team within the Brisbane arm of Deloitte Legal.
In this role you will be involved in front end intellectual property advisory and transactional matters. Working closely with the Brisbane Partner, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of intellectual property transactions, structuring and advice for some of the largest and innovative companies worldwide as well as Australian government and research sector clients.

You will have:
- Queensland Practising Certificate
- Experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on intellectual property contracts in a firm environment
- Strong understanding of intellectual property concepts and legal issues in broader commercial transactions.
- In addition to the skills and experience, we are looking for someone who:
