What will your typical day look like?
As a member of the Strategic Planning Team, you will:
- Leverage knowledge of real estate and office services procurement in developing Master Category Strategies and regional sourcing insights.
- Partner with stakeholders to transform priorities into strategies that include insights to navigate the marketplace.
- Develop key supplier relationships in close collaboration with Strategic Sourcing teams to maximize the value of negotiation events.
Specifically, responsible for:
- Master Category Strategy Development
- Strategic Supplier Relationship Management (SSRM)
- Sourcing project oversight and supplier negotiation support
Additional Responsibilities:
- Deliver or participate in non-sourcing category-related initiatives
- Compile category specific RFX templates and playbooks

Global CoRe provides seven fundamental services to Deloitte around the world: knowledge services, creative services, contact center, data management assessment services, data protection, procurement, and real estate. We develop new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organization, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organization within and across borders.

You are someone with:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
- Extensive strategic sourcing execution experience and strong negotiation strategy development skills
- Project management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills to drive coordination between legal and business stakeholders for contract completion
- Strong knowledge of agreement and contract templates
- Experience working independently and in a virtual environment
- Knowledgeable in VPPA, solar and other real estate related sustainability solutions a plus
- Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams and Project a plus
Preferred:
- Fluency in additional languages
