We’re looking for an experienced HR Director to partner with the A&A business to develop innovative people strategies to support the culture and growth of the business.
What will your typical day look like?
You will work with the senior leaders of our A&A business to develop innovative people strategies to drive the culture and growth of the business. You will lead, develop and inspire the A&A HR team and collaborate with centres of excellence to deliver efficient and effective HR support for the business across all areas of the talent lifecycle including talent acquisition, performance experience, reward and recognition, employee relations, leadership and learning and diversity, equity and inclusion. You will also get to contribute to, and support broader firmwide HR strategy and initiatives.

- Possess well-developed relationship building, influencing and communication skills
- Ability to work in complex and matrix environments
- Executive level presentation skills
