What will your typical day look like?

We take our clients on the journey for change, bringing our collective depth of expertise in the domains of strategy, insights, analytics, digital enablement and design thinking to help them articulate and implement a customer behaviour strategy that is truly inspiring to both their customers and the organisation’s success.

You bring your passion for MarTech to the table and help your clients to design their next generation marketing ecosystem. You’re a consultant/ analyst working within a team in making different components of a technology stack work together seamlessly and help your clients create personalised experiences which leave a lasting impression with their customers.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll tap into your technical knowledge to understand the best integration approach for marketing and advertising technology working together. You wake up in the morning to learn something new while pushing the boundaries of what true marketing automation can achieve.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

Required Experience:

  • You have been through and lead the delivery life cycle of enterprise-level MarTech consulting (discovery, implementation, client onboarding & training)

  • You have historically worked at a build and implementation level on said projects; you understand technical and delivery constraints: as a developer and data specialist.

  • You are comfortable leading client conversations as well as a team of Martech specialist to

  • delivering the build stream of work and reviewing and QA the output of the team.

  • You are keen to grow your career in designing MarTech solutions that can meet immediate needs for the client and use cases, while supporting the senior architect in designing long-term strategic solutions

  • You are a collaborator at heart, helping to bring the best out of the team through project coaching and constantly focusing on continuous improvement for the team’s capability.

Expertise:

  • Technology based Degree – Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar

  • 4 + years in a MarTech development role implementing technology architectures, governance, and best practices for marketing automation, customer data platforms and analytics stacks

  • Certified for implementation and set-up of MarTech platforms (CDP, CRMs, Analytics, CRO & Personalisation) in the following vendors Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Tealium, etc.

  • Extensive knowledge and an in-depth understanding of:

    • One or more MarTech platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Tealium, etc.)

    • Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, etc.)

    • Additional languages and technologies (SQL, Python, etc.)
