About the opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Senior Manger to join our team for a 12-month parental leave cover. In this role, reporting to the Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing, you will play an essential role in designing and delivering on a range of strategic Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives, projects and programs across our portfolio, with a specific focus on Gender Equity.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be passionate about the business case for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. You will have experience in designing and delivering impactful strategies that drive change. You will have a proven track record of designing and delivering market leading programs and initiatives within a fast paced and dynamic environment.
You’ll have:
- Exceptional problem solving and strategy design skills
- outstanding project management experience
- confident and clear communication skills (verbal and written)
- demonstrated ability to consistently overcome barriers and execute
- the experience and ability to engage with a broad range of senior stakeholders
