What will your typical day look like?
As a Senior Manager in our Data Management & Strategy team, you will develop data management strategies through requirements gathering and identification of data analytics use cases. You will operationalise data governance across people, process and technology through data lifecycle management; Maximise business value and minimise data quality issues through effective management of data assets; Build data management capabilities via operating model design and process optimisation; And streamline data supply chain to enhance evidence based decision making via the delivery of data management.

You are someone with:
- A sound understanding of data technologies, data governance, data management, analytics and insights, and business process-based solutions.
- 7-9 years of experience working with data with background in data management, data design, business analysis, solution architecture, process automation, data & reporting solutions, or insights & analytics.
- Experience or working knowledge with industry standards such as DAMA – DMBoK, CMMI – Data Management Maturity Model, EDM Council – Data Capability Assessment Model (DCAM) and regulatory requirements such as CPG 235 and BCBS239.
- Hands-on consulting & client management experience.
- Proven experience managing small to mid-sized teams.
- Experience of working within a structured project delivery environment.
- Experience with Data Governance tools such as Informatica, Collibra, or Alation.
