WHAT WILL MY JOB LOOK LIKE?
- Providing exceptional service to our customers at the reception desk in the retail outlet
- Upselling and customising shipment delivery solutions for visiting customers
- Carrying out security inspections on shipments
- Contacting our valued customers by phone and email to ensure any delays/errors are resolved quickly
- Communicating with our DHL colleagues from across the globe to assist with shipment enquiries
- We have multiple full time and part time roles available, hours will be confirmed at interview and will include weekend work.
WHAT CAN I BRING TO THE JOB?
- Face-to-face Customer Service or Retail experience
- Strong communication skills
- A vibrant, energetic personality that will fit into our customer-centric culture
- Ability to work with multiple computer systems in a fast paced environment
