We have an exciting opportunity for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our HR Team and help shape the Rewards Strategy at DHL Express Australia!
WHAT WILL MY JOB LOOK LIKE?
- Creating and managing the pay structure for Australia & Papua New Guinea following company guidelines
- Proposing the merit increases using market data and company performance
- Managing the Award Rates and yearly EBA increases
- Providing consultation and appropriate salary recommendations in line with market & business conditions
- Staying abreast of market data, industry best practice and legal requirements to create pay structures which meet business performance objectives
- With the support of one direct report, managing our employment contracts and onboarding documentation
- Reporting directly to the Vice President HR, you will be a key member of the HR Team based at our Country Office in Mascot, Sydney
WHAT CAN I BRING TO THE JOB?
- C&B Management experience (preferably in a large organisation)
- Relevant tertiary education
- Exceptional numerical and analytical ability
- High attention to detail
- Ability to understand and balance the needs of our employees and the business
- Resilience, Leadership and influencing ability
- Effective at building, sustaining and managing relationships at all levels
