WHAT WILL MY JOB LOOK LIKE?
- Working directly with DHL customers and Australian Border Force on issues relative to the clearance of goods through customs
- Be the point of contact for our customers to ensure customs delays are minimalised and they have a speedy and seamless DHL experience
- Maintaining and updating shipment information and customs documentation
- Communicating with a range of different internal and external stakeholders from various departments and government bodies
- We have multiple full time and part time opportunities, we will ask for your preference during the application process
WHAT CAN I BRING TO THE JOB?
- Customer Service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent communicator with proven ability to communicate clearly, accurately and of the highest quality, both verbally and written
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent problem solving & decision making skills
- Good reporting and data analysis skills
- High attention to detail
