As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at DHL, you'll liaise with internal and external talent, and hiring managers on a daily basis. Using your exceptional communication skills in a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and drive the future of logistics.
Your duties will include:
- Pro-active talent attraction, advertising, screening and recruitment of core warehouse and white collar roles
- Facilitate the Resourcing Centres in order to drive high volume, front-line staff placements
- Building strong relationships with your internal customers, up to and including senior management level

You have the following qualities & qualifications:
- High energy, be self-driven and motivated to succeed
- Demonstrated experience recruiting internal or agency recruitment
- Experience with large volume recruitment
- Experience using a recruitment management system
- Strong stakeholder engagement at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel between sites (must have own car and valid drivers licence)
