The role will be suited to those who have previous experience of providing a highly developed and a well rounded service approach to customer service via the telephone and email correspondence.

Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service in a complex retail environment (via telephone or email enquiries)
- Manage service relationships
- Provide clear concise information and support to customers on products and services
- Accurately processing tracking enquiries
- Assist customers in queries and provide solutions in an efficient manner
- KPI reporting and delivering and maintaining SLAs
- Adhoc duties as required
Requirements
- 2 – 3 years in a similar customer service environment
- Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer service focused
- Demonstrated use of MS Office applications
- Proven ability to work efficiently and thoroughly in a busy environment
- Exposure to the Supply Chain or Logistics industry
- Strong self motivation, drive & initiative
- Proven experience of problem resolution and issue management
