Responsibilities
In this Solution Design role, you will:
- Develop strategies and solutions specific to each customers need
- Be applying insights to the design of industry leading, cost-effective & innovative solutions
- Research industry trends to stay in tune with your customers
- Analyze multi-faceted customer information
- Meet the requirements of new and existing customer across DHL Supply Chain
- Learn the ins and outs of current customers to put DHL Supply Chain in the best position to deliver
- Build long-term partnerships between customers, operations, and other support teams
- Align internal resources and coordinate cross-functional teams to create a seamless solution for our customers – delivering on our promise to be The Provider of Choice

Requirements
Now, here's what we need from you:
- Experience across Warehousing in start up operations and a proven track record in the development of new products and services
- Experience in a commercial role with business development or operations experience
- Successful history of building customer relationships
- Experience in customer negotiations
- Superior organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking ability
- Advanced Microsoft skills including excel and power point
- The ability to see the 'big picture' and have an innovative & proactive approach
