Utilise your expertise and experience in workers compensation and join the team at DHL as an Injury Management Officer. Working in a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grow professionally.

Your day will be spent working with employees that are engaged in warehouse activities across multiple sites.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing workers compensation incidents and claims
  • Injury management
  • Return to work processes
  • Processing of relevant documentation and associated reporting
  • Working with the team to implement proactive injury prevention and employee wellbeing initiatives
  • Maintain accuracy of records and the claims management system
  • Liaise with service providers, and other stakeholders
  • Respond to customer needs within a timely manner
  • High level of computer literacy including MS Excel
  • Proficient in problem solving
  • Organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Able to analyse facts and make decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, business acumen and work ethic
  • Ability to deliver high level of customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and be a self starter
  • Ability to plan, organise and maintain workflows to achieve established goals, objectives and priorities
  • Ability to work accurately and have attention to detail
  • Current drivers licence
  • Experience in self-insurance will be highly regarded
  • Knowledge of injury management and workers compensation
