The role:

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our success by developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our valued clients. You will serve as their trusted advisor, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored supply chain solutions that exceed expectations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, fostering strong relationships based on trust and collaboration.
- Understanding clients' business objectives, challenges, and pain points to identify opportunities for value-added services and upselling.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Conducting regular business reviews, presenting performance metrics, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize supply chain processes.
- Support all key account functions; complaint, claim handling, problem solving & other contractually agreed services
- Participating in sales and marketing initiatives, including conferences, trade shows, and networking events, to expand our client base and promote our services.
You have the following qualities & qualifications:
- Successful and proven track record of performance in a logistics, 3PL/4PL environment
- Experience in account management
- Exposure to warehouse management system
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Ability to negotiate partner agreements at a senior management level.
- P & L experience
- Excellent personal presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills
