As the IT End User Services Administrator at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure the IT requirements run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grown professionally.

Responsibilities
- All administration responsibilities relating to the rollout and ongoing support of end user service (desktop, collaboration, Identity service and operational devices
- IT procurement responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with global support teams and wider global DPDHLIT community
- With a solid customer orientation, you will be comfortable working face to face with customers, providing advice, support and assistance to end users at a number of levels within the organisation at all levels.
- Being the escalation point and SME for all end user services
Requirements
- Broad technical support experience in a Windows environment
- Practical understanding of networking technologies and systems
- Strong understanding of applications.
- Successful development of relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Relevant qualifications such as MCE, MCSE or tertiary IT education.
