This role is employed with Cameron logistics Pty Ltd as wholly owned by DHL Supply chain (Australia) Pty Ltd.
In this job, you will:
Be responsible for the distribution of our customer’s products. The successful applicant will manage and oversee the safe day-to-day operation of the warehouse. This role is permanent, Monday – Friday
- Focused and committed to leading and driving a safety and compliance culture.
- Develop and manage the overall operation ensuring maximum optimisation of equipment.
- Overseeing 36 staff and 45 vehicles
- Ensure KPIs are completed and any concerns are actioned.
- Conduct regular audits.
- Key point of contact for Customers and escalations
- Develop, coach and support all members of your team.
- P&L management
You have the following qualities and qualifications:
- Strong focus and commitment to safety and compliance.
- Proven skills and experience managing a team
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and management.
- Proven planning, problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- Medium to High level skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
