The position
As a Human Resources Officer, you will be part of the team that facilitates the department’s end to end recruitment processes from advertising positions to on-boarding employees. You will work in close collaboration with our Senior Human Resources Consultants and hiring managers across different business areas to provide comprehensive customer service and support.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the department maintains compliance with WA Public Sector and departmental standards, and you will provide timely and accurate advice regarding recruitment and vacancy management. You will also participate in the coordination of HR Inductions, and present training to employees within the department.
This position is located in East Perth (however, you may need to work at other sites as required).

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies for appointment (permanent, fixed term, full-time or part time) throughout the department for the next twelve (12) months.
