Within the Resource and Environmental Regulation Group, the Resource and Environmental Compliance Division is responsible for the management of compliance and enforcement activities across the resource sector, including the provision of environmental approvals and compliance.

The position
In this role, you will be working within a team environment to monitor and ensure compliance with government legislation, relevant policy and guidelines and required reporting relating to the Mining Rehabilitation Fund (MRF). You’ll carry out desktop audits, identify and investigate anomalies in data to ensure compliance along with preparing documents, including ministerial correspondence, briefing notes, compliance programs, yearly reports and data for public release.
This position is located in East Perth, conveniently close distance from public transport and nearby City of Perth parking. Whether it’s enjoying the tranquil Queens Gardens or the riverside foreshore, you’ll be spoilt for choice. You will also enjoy onsite lifestyle facilities, including bike lockers, fully equipped change rooms and personal lockers. You may be required to work at other sites as required.

What are we looking for?
