This opportunity is a Senior Executive Service (SES) role for a fixed term, full-time appointment for up to five (5) years.

The position
As the Executive Director, you will be leading and directing the operations of the Service Delivery Division and provide the Director General and the Department's Corporate Executive with advice to meet the Department's Service Delivery objectives and policy related matters.
You will work towards execution and delivery of short to long-term strategic and operational plans and related outcomes and efficiently and effectively allocate and use resources within the Division to achieve outcomes.
As a strategic and networked leader, you will provide an environment for greater opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement, fostering collaboration across Government, and exploring synergies with other agencies, and represent the Department at a senior level on committees, working groups or at other forums.
Well-developed leadership skills with positive stakeholder relationships, along with exceptional communication and organisational skills will be the key to the success in this role.
