The position
In this role, you will lead project-based teams of industrial inspectors to facilitate compliance with State employment laws and to co-ordinate proactive compliance audits in high-risk industries. You will also undertake formal investigations of complex matters.
Drawing on your experience in investigations, you will focus on continuous improvement in compliance.
Demonstrated experience in effective stakeholder engagement along with excellent written and verbal communications are pivotal to your success in this role.
This position is located in 1 Adelaide Terrace (however, you may be required to work at other sites as required). Conveniently close distance from public transport and nearby City of Perth parking. You will also enjoy onsite lifestyle facilities, including bike lockers, fully equipped change rooms and personal lockers.
