The position

In this role, you will be working as part of a team and is often the first point of contact by which individuals and businesses seek advice and assistance.

Drawing on your interpersonal skills, you will be providing excellent customer service.

You will have responsibilities to deliver consistent, accurate and timely information in a demanding environment and ability to identity and assess individual circumstances and provide relevant information.

What are we looking for?
