The position
In this role, you will be working as part of a team in the Contact Centre as the first point of contact assisting the WA community with information and resources.
Drawing on your customer service skills and ability to find solutions to meet customer needs, you will contribute to providing frontline customer centric service.
With supported technology and operations you will feel confident to deliver consistent, accurate and timely information and respond to our customers changing needs.
This position is located in Cannington (however, you may be required to work at other sites as required). With the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, onsite lifestyle facilities, bike lockers and onsite café.
