The position
In this role, you will be conducting complex investigations of complaints about disciplinary matters and statutory offences relating to the carrying out of building services in Western Australia.
As Principal Investigator, you will be undertaking complex, sensitive and/or high profile investigations, and will have the skills and experience to prepare high quality investigation reports, briefing notes and briefs of evidence.
You will identify and analyse emerging issues and trends and develop strategies to enhance compliance and service delivery, and will have the ability to provide evidence to the courts and State Administrative Tribunal as required.

This position is located in Cannington, offering an excellent opportunity to escape the city and enjoy the benefits of this location. Situated near a shopping centre with various food and entertainment options, you can enjoy the convenience and amenities available nearby.
Commuting to the office is made easy with excellent accessibility via public transport. However, please note that the Armadale/Thornlie line will be closed for 18 months from this year and replacement bus services are planned.

The office itself is light and open plan, with breakout areas, spacious meeting rooms and multiple kitchen areas.
