About the Role
As ICT Support Officer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible to assist in the management, resolution and delivery of incident, problem and service request solutions in accordance with agreed service levels. Drawing on your technical experience, you will play a vital role in the team by contributing to the identification and implementation of continual service improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Branch.
Your customer service, technical skills and experience in supporting end users in a networked Microsoft computing environment will be key to your success in this role.
You will support the Coordinator ICT Support Services to manage Branch activities and projects to ensure the achievement of outcomes identified in the Branch Operational Plan.

These positions are located in Cannington and East Perth. Cannington offers an excellent opportunity to escape the city and enjoy the benefits of this location. Situated near a shopping centre with various food and entertainment options, you can enjoy the convenience and amenities available nearby.
Commuting to the office is made easy with excellent accessibility via public transport. However, please note that the Armadale/Thornlie line will be closed for 18 months from this year and replacement bus services are planned.
