About the Role
You will represent the Minister for Industrial Relations and the Executive Director Government Sector Labour Relations (GSLR) in developing, implementing and monitoring labour relations strategies, policies and workplace practices, with particular emphasis on framework and reform, bargaining and employer support.
You will work with public sector employers, unions and other stakeholders to drive whole-of-government workforce reforms, negotiate awards and agreements, and resolve disputes. To learn more about GSLR, please visit our website.
GSLR is located at 1 Adelaide Terrace in East Perth, but you may be required to work at other DMIRS and government sites from time to time.
