About the role
As Senior Geoscience Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role within our dynamic team, responsible for a wide spectrum of data management, design, analysis, and reporting tasks. You will lead efforts to apply data analysis and visualisation techniques, contributing to enhanced business efficiency and decision-making, both internally within the department and externally with stakeholders. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on various data and digital initiatives, playing a pivotal role in the modernisation of departmental systems.
Your expertise in data management, analytics, integration, and exchange will be instrumental in your success in this role. Extensive experience in data analytics, proficiency with data visualisation tools, and expertise in application/methodology/scripting languages such as Python and SQL scripting are essential qualifications for this position.

This position is located in East Perth, accessible by public transport and reasonably priced City of Perth parking options nearby.
