The role
As Team Leader Record Keeping Services, you will assume a pivotal role in guiding a dedicated team tasked with advancing our department's information and records management solution that is customer-centric and aligned with our department's objectives.
We are seeking a proactive leader who can mentor and empower team members, fostering a culture that exemplifies customer focus, innovation, and collaboration. Your role will also involve actively contributing to the evolution and enhancement of end-to-end information management practices with a strategic perspective as well as work with business to transform and improve information management processes.
Your success in this role hinges on your ability to provide strategic consultancy guidance to both staff and management regarding information management services.
Your extensive knowledge of information management practices, principles, and systems will be indispensable. Furthermore, your adept leadership and management skills, along with your capability to cultivate and sustain trust-based relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, will be key to your effectiveness in this position.

While this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other similar vacancies (permanent, fixed-term, full-time or part-time) within the department for the next 12 months, from the date that the recruitment breach period has been finalised.
To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments) at the time of application.
