We currently have an opportunity for a Facility Manager to join our Government and Infrastructure Management team and help shape the delivery of integrated soft and hard facilities services within a highly regulated R&D & manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, this role requires a seasoned professional who can provide confident leadership, navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, and ensure safe, compliant and high‑quality outcomes that support critical operations.
This role is well suited to senior experienced leaders who bring a mature, collaborative, people‑focused approach and who enjoy balancing operational excellence with strategic stakeholder engagement in regulated environments.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Lead the delivery of integrated soft and hard FM services, ensuring contract outcomes are met.
- Create a strong safety and compliance culture where people feel supported and empowered.
- Lead, coach and support direct and indirect teams, including service partners.
- Guide reporting, audits, shutdowns and improvement initiatives with clarity and confidence.
Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders in a highly regulated environment and governance‑driven environments.
What You’ll Bring
Demonstrated experience in Facilities Management within complex, compliance‑critical or regulated environments.
A proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, audits and regulatory interfaces with professionalism and confidence.
Experience across both soft and hard services (this doesn’t need to be perfectly balanced)
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
- Commercial awareness across contracts, procurement and reporting.
- A leadership style that values collaboration, inclusion and clear communication.
