We currently have an opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join our workforce and play a key role in supporting the effective management of Baldivis & Harrisdale Shopping Centres.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Coordinate day‑to‑day facilities operations and maintenance activities across assigned sites
Liaise with contractors to schedule, supervise and quality‑check works
Maintain asset registers, maintenance schedules and compliance documentation
Respond to tenant enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Support health, safety and emergency response activities on site
What You’ll Bring
Experience in facilities, works coordination and scheduling of contractors/internal trades
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Sound knowledge of WH&S and compliance requirements
Confident communication skills with contractors and stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer‑based scheduling systems
