Working closely with finance teams, treasury, shared services, and operational stakeholders, you will provide valuable insights that help optimise cash performance and support strategic decision-making.

What you’ll do

  • Monitor cash inflows, outflows, debtor balances, work in progress, and other key working capital metrics across multiple business units and contracts.
  • Partner with business unit finance teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and improve cash management practices.
  • Support treasury reporting requirements, including 12-week cash forecasts and participation in weekly cash review processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by developing reporting tools, controls, and analytical solutions that improve data quality, efficiency, and business performance.

What we offer

  • Opportunity to contribute to a high-performing finance function within a large and complex business.
  • Exposure to working capital management, treasury processes, forecasting, and commercial finance activities.
  • Collaborative environment where you can build relationships across finance, operations, treasury, and shared services teams.
  • Ongoing opportunities to develop your technical, analytical, and commercial skills.

What we’re looking for

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in accounting, treasury, business analysis, or commercial finance within a medium to large organisation.
  • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP and reporting systems.
  • Ability to interpret large volumes of financial and transactional data and translate findings into meaningful business insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable

  • Working towards or holding a CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience with cash flow, working capital, or CAPEX reporting and forecasting.
