The Multi-Site Manager plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and service delivery across the SCUH Retail environment

What You’ll Do (key responsibilities)

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple outlets ensuring consistency and efficiency

• Ensure all sites are open and closed in accordance with trading hours and operational requirements

• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising

• Ensure all marketing campaigns and brand standards are executed correctly

• Lead, coach, and support Retail Managers, Supervisors, and team members

• Oversee rostering, payroll, and reporting requirements

• Ensure completion of operational checklists and compliance tasks

• Manage stock ordering and inventory control across outlets

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in multi-site or senior hospitality/retail management
• Experience with rostering and workforce management systems
• Problem-solving and decision-making capability
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Essential)

• Qualification in Hospitality or Business Management (Desirable)

• Food Handlers Certificate (Essential)
