- Ensure planned maintenance activities meet statutory, regulatory and contractual compliance requirements, including documentation and audit readiness.
- Support contract performance by monitoring planned maintenance delivery, identifying risks to service levels, and contributing data and evidence to abatement mitigation and rebuttal processes.
- Act as a key operational interface with the client for planned maintenance matters, ensuring responses are timely, accurate and aligned with contractual requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Asset & Maintenance Management, Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing planned maintenance programs within facilities management, asset maintenance or property services environments.
- Working knowledge of work order management systems to manage, analyse and report planned maintenance data.
- Strong understanding of planned maintenance principles, asset lifecycle management and compliance obligations.
