Seeking an experienced concrete worker to help us deliver on existing and upcoming contracts. Primarily based out of Penrose, there is occasionally travel to other contracted areas and you may be required to have some overnights away from home.
About the role:
As part of a crew, you’ll be involved in carrying out concrete footpath, kerb and channel construction and repairs.
You will also be responsible for:
- Helping with safe site setup for your crew and the general public
- Assisting with installation of framework and prep work for concrete pour
- Pouring and finishing concrete placement including exposed Concrete finish
- Working as part of a cohesive team to deliver to projects
- Optimising the use of company resources and contributing to the successful completion of contracts
- Ensuring efficient use of materials, supplies and equipment
About you :
As a team player you’ll be organised and systematic in your approach to the working environment, you’ll also be an experienced when it comes to working with exposed concrete.
You’ll couple this with experience:
- In civil contracting industry around installing and repairing concrete and form work
- Finishing concrete work to high standard
- Full class 1 driver’s licence.
