An exciting opportunity has arisen with Keolis Downer for an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner looking for the next progression.
As a critical role partnering with the Managing Director and Leadership team, you will provide leadership on organisational development, change management, industrial relations management, recruitment services and culture development. You will be an integral member of the Executive Leadership Team that contributes to the effective delivery of services across the Region 8 Bus Contract in Sydney's Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will provide strategic management and leadership of the People and Culture Team you can be based at either our Brookvale, North Sydney or Mona Vale depots, with flexible working options available.
ABOUT YOU
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience leading and delivering strategic change to uplift HR operations and workforce capability
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and time management skills
- Understanding of the compliance, legal and industrial relations environment in which the business operates
- Demonstrated interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff, employee representatives, union officials, legal practitioners and other stakeholders
- Proven record of managing change in relation to processes and people management
- Proven ability to embed organisational culture and values
- Workforce Management experience and building a performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains the best talent
