We are now seeking to appoint a Zero Harm Advisor to join our Utilities Technology and Communications business. Working across a portfolio of Telecommunications and Renewable Energy Projects you will support the Senior Zero Harm Advisor and Management team to champion and drive the development and implementation of health, safety, quality and sustainability systems across our field and office staff. Travelling to a variety of work sites in and around Sydney, with the potential for travel further afield, will be a requirement of the role for which a Tool of Trade Vehicle will be provided as part of your salary package.
We are open to considering recent graduates to experienced field staff with a minimum of a Certificate IV in OHS/WHS whom are keen to transition into a Zero Harm career pathway.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum of a Certificate IV in OHS/WHS is required.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment desirable
- ICAM lead investigator or similar root cause analysis training (desirable)
- Collaborative with ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
- High level of self-discipline, motivation, energy and initiative
- Time management skills coupled with the ability to work on multiple items with conflicting deadlines.
- Previous experience in driving the creation and maintenance of a strong safety culture with a large subcontractor and employee workforce is desirable.
- Previous experience in complying with and continuous improvement of auditing of AS4801, ISO14001, 9001 (with OFSC Accreditation previous experience desirable).
