Downer are currently seeking Mechanical Fitters to join our Integrated Gas project at the Moomba site in South Australia. The scope includes the carbon capture & storage - the removal of C02 from the Gas production process and sending it back to the depleted wells. Downer have a number of scopes across the Moomba site which will see you working into the future and beyond. If longevity is what you are after then click apply today.
This is a full time contract with longevity; FIFO from Adelaide & Brisbane.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- 18/10 - Working 18 days straight
- Base rate + Allowances + penalties
- Immediately placed on our Existing employee rates as a pose to newstarter rates
- Rate increases in December
- 11hr days
- Longevity -Contract going until Mid/late 2024 and potentially longer.
- Scope of Works - Compression facilities, piping, structural steel, adhoc scopes and shutdowns
- No vaccination mandate
- Immediate Mobilisation Dates
Tickets & Licenses Required:
- Right to Work in Australia - Passport and / or Birth Cert
- Trade Certificate
- Drivers License
- White Card
- Gas atmospheric testing (mandatory)
- Confined Space (desirable)
- Working at Heights (desirable)
- High Risk Work License
