Special Class Welder - WesCef Kwinana
The Asset Services Industrial business provides maintenance, turnaround, shutdown and sustaining capital programs for industrial operations and power generation across Australia and operate across industries including minerals and metals, iron ore, petrochemical and refining, bulk materials handling and processing.
Due to ongoing maintenance works/planned shutdowns, Downer are recruiting for a Special Class welder who is highly motivated and driven with proven experience.
POSITION SUMMARY
Join our team to be part of major works:

Kwinana based work (WesCef)
- Pipe welding experience
-
Start Date End of May
-
Mon- Fri work (8-10hr days) -During Shutdowns 7 days (12hr days)
- Base rate + Loading + Site allowance + Travel + Penalties
-
PPE provided
- Permanent Casual ongoing role
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you must provide evidence of the following:

Proven Industry experience

Boilermaker / Mechanical / Welding certificate (Aus Recognised)

Current Working at Heights ticket / Confined space entry (within 2 years)

High Risk WP licence (desirable)

An Industry White Card
-
Australian working rights
