We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter Blaster to join Downer’s project team at Port of Gladstone, QLD. In this site-based role you will be working on GPC Berth 3 Stage 2, blasting and painting the concrete bridge structure as well as some steel works.
ABOUT YOU
- Trade qualified – hold a Cert III in Surface Finishing, Industrial Painting and Blasting, Panel Beating / Spray Painting or equivalent
- Have proven industrial painting & blasting experience
- NACE qualification is highly desirable
- Strong safety awareness, with an ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
- Hold full working rights in Australia, an Industry White Card and a current Working at Heights ticket
- Must be able to obtain MSIC - a Maritime Security Identification Card
