Our Industrial & Energy business has a newly created opportunity for an experienced volume Recruiter to join our high performing I&E East Team. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a blue collar/volume portfolio supporting the resourcing for project and shutdown works across Integrated Gas, Energy and Industrial sectors.

  • A solid background in end-to-end blue collar recruitment, highly organised with the ability to manage high-volume recruitment projects.
  • An understanding of modern recruitment practices (sourcing strategies, talent pooling, social networking) and knowledge of Australian employment legislation & exposure to industrial instruments.
  • Proactive and motivated individual with a great attention to detail and methodical approach to following processes and procedures, with an ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Systems savvy with proficient MS Office skills and experience with recruitment management systems (Oracle HCM Cloud desirable).
  • An effective communicator, both written and verbal, with an enthusiasm to learn and develop.
  • A strong customer service focus with the ability to collaborate, influence and foster teamwork.
