We’re proud of all we’ve achieved so far but there’s still much more to do. We are working with a government agency who has a fast-moving, long-term program to build and uplift their systems and support organisation elements for the introduction of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities, communities and tactical users into the information environment. Project activities include expanding the existing network, computing systems, complex gateway services, cloud services, mission services, data management services, and deployable systems. The program is executing a highly innovate delivery strategy enabling multi-classification working and a partnership between government enterprises.

Your role as a Systems Integrator will be responsible for assessing client needs and defining technical requirements, including the development of system integration plans.

To succeed in this endeavour, you will:

• Plan and drive activities to develop organisational systems integration and build capabilities including automation and continuous integration.

• Identify, evaluate and manage the adoption of tools, techniques and processes to create a robust integration framework. Provide authoritative advice and guidance on any aspect of systems integration.

• Lead integration work in line with the agreed system and service design. Assess risks and takes preventative action. Measure and monitor applications of standards.

• Contribute to the development of policies, standards, and guidelines for systems integration.

Our work is highly complex and confidential. To be successful, you must have:

• Proven experience in Systems Integration, ideally within a Defence or government agency context
• Good working knowledge of Systems Engineering principles and processes.
• Current TSPV, or held TSPV in the last 12 months. PA preferred but not essential

Above all else, you will bring with you a robust work ethic, an optimistic outlook, and a determination to oversee crucial projects and initiatives that build sovereign capability and deliver complex things that matter.
