THE ROLE
Reporting to the ANZ Zero Harm Manager – Water, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Zero Harm Manager to join our ever-growing Water Services team on the Logan Water partnership.
As a seasoned Zero Harm leader, you will have the opportunity to mentor, support and develop the implementation of the Logan Water Program’s Zero Harm strategies, processes, and tools. This role is a full-time permanent opportunity based out of Beenleigh, QLD.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Lead the Zero Harm initiative for the Logan Water delivery team through accurate technical advice and support.
- Manage incident reporting within Downer and Logan Water systems.
- Guide, mentor and manage a team of Zero Harm Advisors to ensure high performance and self-development.
- Build and sustain positive and collaborative internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Work in partnership with Logan City Council’s Safety team to ensure HOP implementation is aligned to current and future safety strategies.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in a Zero Harm leadership role or a Senior Zero Harm Advisor capacity within a collaborative partnership environment.
- Minimum Certificate IV in WHA, Diploma/Degree qualification in WHS.
- ICAM lead investigator.
- Experience and/or knowledge of the Water/Utilities industry (desirable).
- Member or the ability to be a member of the Australian Institute of Health & Safety (AIHS).
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
- Auditing qualifications (desirable).
