About the Role

This exciting new opportunity has become available to join the Growth & Development team within the Industrial and Energy business unit as a Finance Analyst. This role will be reporting directly to the Lead Bid Manager and will be based out of our Brisbane office. Role duties will include but not limited to:

• Review contract obligations in relation to KPI’s and other specific metrics
• KPI Modelling & development
• Recommend improvements and streamline processes
• Pipeline data analysis
• Review & reporting on market trends and identification of new entry points
• Manage, collate and record data accurately within the databases
• CRM data analysis and reporting
• Preparation and reporting inputs into Monthly Growth and Development reviews
• Additional adhoc duties as required

• CRM & Power BI experience
• Advanced Excel experience and a high level of comfort working with large amounts of data & information
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels, both internally and externally
• Ability and willingness to adapt, quickly learn and use new skills and knowledge brought about by rapidly changing structure, process, information and/or technology
